A thick and creamy cookies and cream smoothie made with protein powder, almond milk, and a real cookie—tastes like dessert but fuels you like a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk powder optional, but adds fiber to keep you full longer
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 sandwich cookie
  • optional topping: whipped cream and another cookie

Instructions

Blend the Base

  • Add the almond milk, protein powder, cashew butter, psyllium husk powder, frozen cauliflower rice, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Add the Cookie

  • Add one sandwich cookie to the blender and pulse 2–3 times. You want small cookie pieces throughout the smoothie, not fully blended.
