Cookies and Cream Smoothie
A thick and creamy cookies and cream smoothie made with protein powder, almond milk, and a real cookie—tastes like dessert but fuels you like a meal.

- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk powder optional, but adds fiber to keep you full longer
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 sandwich cookie
- optional topping: whipped cream and another cookie
Blend the Base
Add the almond milk, protein powder, cashew butter, psyllium husk powder, frozen cauliflower rice, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
