Sausage and Peppers Breakfast Hash

1 Mins read

This Sausage and Peppers Breakfast Hash has been one of our favorite weekend breakfasts for years! It is my favorite breakfast to eat when I come home from a long run. It’s made in their air fryer, so the potatoes end up being so perfectly crispy!

The combination of crispy potatoes, veggies, sausage, and runny eggs is the best! It’s a great filling breakfast to keep us full for awhile
