Looking for a simple, healthy snack for the holidays? These Paleo Gingerbread Energy Balls are perfect!

I love these energy balls because they’re chock-full of protein, healthy fats, and are sweetened only with dates! Dates add fiber, nutrients, antioxidants and other polyphenols to the diet, plus they’re naturally deliciously sweet with a lower glycemic index than sugar!
