Heading back to school with this Snowman Lunchbox! It hasn’t started snowing here yet, but the kids are eager for our first snowstorm now that it’s January ☃.


Snowman Lunchbox:
⛄ Rice cake with cream cheese, raisin coal, & mini carrot nose
⛄ Dried fruit, blueberries, cherry tomatoes
⛄ Cheese stick (Charlotte used sharpies to make the snowman design)
⛄ Homemade granola bars

This winter lunchbox is simple to make and healthy for the kids.

Ingredients

  • rice cake
  • cream cheese
  • raisins
  • mini carrot
  • dried fruit
  • blueberries
  • cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Top a rice cake with cream cheese, raisins for coal, & a baby carrot for the nose
  • Draw a snowman on a cheese stick in Sharpie
  • Add fruit, veggies, granola bar
