Paleo Gingerbread Energy Balls

- 1 cup dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes to soften
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
Process together all of the ingredients, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
Lightly wet your hands and roll into balls. Enjoy!
