Elf-Inspired Pancake Spaghetti Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 1/2 cups nut milk almond, cashew, or your choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Batter

  • Add the oats to a blender and blend until they turn into a fine flour.
  • Next add the nut milk, eggs, banana, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2: Make Pancake Spaghetti

  • Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Squeeze the batter onto the pan in thin, noodle-like lines.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until golden.

Step 3: Assemble Your Breakfast

  • Serve the pancake spaghetti alongside homemade Gluten-Free Chocolate Pop Tarts and Paleo Marshmallows*
  • Drizzle with date syrup.
  • Sprinkle with dye-free sprinkles for a festive touch.
