- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 1/2 cups nut milk almond, cashew, or your choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Step 1: Blend the Batter
Add the oats to a blender and blend until they turn into a fine flour.
Next add the nut milk, eggs, banana, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Make Pancake Spaghetti
Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Squeeze the batter onto the pan in thin, noodle-like lines.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until golden.
