Ingredients

  • Fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried strawberries or red sprinkles
  • Toothpicks
  • Parchment paper
  • Shot glass or small dish for dipping

Instructions

  • Place dried strawberries in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin or cup to crush them into small bits. Alternatively, red sprinkles work well for a quicker version.
  • Fill a shot glass or small dish with white chocolate. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and melted.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
  • Thread three fresh blueberries onto a toothpick, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Dip the bottom two blueberries into the white chocolate one at a time, tapping gently on the edge of the glass to remove excess chocolate.
