Red, White, and Blue Patriotic Popsicles

These Red, White, and Blue Patriotic Popsicles are naturally sweet, dairy-free, and made with real fruit and blue spirulina. A festive, healthy summer treat with no artificial dyes!

Servings: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 5 tbsp almond milk divided
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions

  • Blend the strawberries with 1 tbsp almond milk. Pour into popsicle molds, filling the bottom third. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to help set the layer.
  • Blend the banana with 1/4 cup almond milk. Pour into molds for the middle third layer. Freeze again until slightly firm.
  • Add blue spirulina to the remaining banana mixture. Pour into molds to fill to the top.
  • Insert sticks and freeze overnight, or until solid.
  • To remove, run molds under warm water or twist gently if using a frozen mold tray. Enjoy!
