Sausage and Peppers Breakfast Hash
This Sausage and Peppers Breakfast Hash has been one of our favorite weekend breakfasts for years! It is my favorite breakfast to eat when I come home from a long run. It’s made in their air fryer, so the potatoes end up being so perfectly crispy!
- 1 potato, cut into 1/2” cubes
- 1 cup frozen tri-colored peppers
- 1 sausage link, chopped
- 1-2 eggs
Add the cubed potatoes and frozen peppers to the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 15 minutes.
When there are 3 minutes remaining on the air fryer, add the sausage to the air fryer and cook the eggs in a pan. Enjoy!
