No Bake Protein Birthday Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  •  2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional, but it adds to the cake flavor)
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Mix together the cashew butter, flour, protein, maple syrup, and almond extract. Once completely mixed, fold in the sprinkles.
  • Roll into 5-6 balls, insert a stick into each ball, and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Microwave the chocolate for 1-2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir
  • Remove from freezer and dip in the chocolate. Gently tap to remove excess chocolate. Decorate, if desired, and enjoy!
