Healthy Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolates (Naturally Sweetened, No-Bake)

2 Mins read

If you love the classic combo of chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel—but want a healthier, refined sugar-free treat—these healthy Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolates are for you! They’re made with sweet Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, and tangy kefir for a probiotic boost, then dipped in rich dark chocolate. Best of all, they’re no-bake, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened for a guilt-free indulgence.

Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolates Ingredients

  • Dates – Naturally sweet and caramel-like when blended.

  • Peanut Butter – Use drippy, natural peanut butter for the best texture.

  • Kefir – Adds creaminess and gut-friendly probiotics.

  • Almond Milk – Helps blend the caramel filling.

  • Dark Chocolate – Provides a rich, antioxidant-packed shell.

Tips for the Best Homemade Chocolates

  • Use fresh, soft dates for a smoother caramel. If your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.

  • Work quickly when dipping in chocolate to prevent melting the filling.

  • Store in the fridge for a softer bite, or the freezer for a firmer treat.

  • Experiment with toppings like flaky sea salt, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut before the chocolate sets.
