Strawberry Banana Popsicles

If you’re looking for a popsicle that won’t give your kids a sugar high and then crash afterwards, try these Strawberry Banana Popsicles! They’re sweetened only with fruit, have a hidden veggie, full of protein and healthy fat, and take less than 5 minutes to prepare.

The popsicles are made of fruit, a veggie, yogurt, and mct oil. These healthy fatty acids are easily digested and can aid in brain growth. I always like pairing fruit with protein and healthy fats to keep blood sugar levels balanced .
