Watermelon Fruit Pizza

Watermelon Fruit Pizza

The neighborhood kids came over last weekend and I quickly made them this Watermelon Fruit Pizza.
It made me so happy to hear one of the girls explain to her sister that it was a watermelon with frosting and chocolate chips and it was so good! I love that she thought the plain Greek yogurt with honey was frosting and the cacao nibs (which have no sugar whatsoever) were chocolate chips!
This is such a simple kid-friendly treat and you can really top it with anything! It’s fun to get the kids involved in decorating too!!
