Patriotic Chocolate Covered Strawberries FAQs

Q: Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! Make them the day before and store in the fridge in a sealed container. Best served within 24 hours for peak freshness.

Q: What white chocolate do you recommend for clean eating?
Look for white chocolate sweetened with coconut sugar or monk fruit, and free of artificial additives or hydrogenated oils.

Q: What if my strawberries are too wet?
Pat them completely dry with a paper towel—moisture is the #1 reason chocolate won’t stick!

  • Use room-temperature strawberries to prevent condensation during dipping.

  • Avoid overheating white chocolate—low and slow is best to avoid clumps.

  • Want a vegan version? Use dairy-free white chocolate.
