FAQs

Yes! Replace the almond flour with a nut-free alternative like tigernut flour or sunflower seed flour.

2. How do I store Paleo Pop-Tarts?
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat in a toaster oven for the best texture.

3. Can I freeze them?
Yes! Freeze the baked pop tarts in a single layer, then store them in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.

Tips for Perfect Paleo Berry Pop Tarts

Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the dough for 10-15 minutes to make it easier to roll out.

Prevent Filling Leaks: Don’t overfill the tarts, and seal the edges firmly with a fork.

Use Parchment Paper: Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Make sure the filling thickens: Let the chia jam sit for a few minutes to gel properly.

Don’t roll the dough too thin: 1/8 inch is the perfect thickness to prevent breaking.

Let them cool before icing: If you frost them while warm, the icing will melt off.
