The kids and I went blackberry picking a couple weeks ago and picked an insane amount of blackberries! I froze some and ended up making the most refreshing berry sorbet! Total Time10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 serving chocolate protein powder (or honey to taste)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend together the frozen berries, yogurt, and protein powder. Place in a dish, cover, and freeze.
  • Add about 3 tbsp of chocolate to 4 silicone muffin cups. Use a spoon to cover the sides and bottom of the cup. (It’s helpful to hold up to the light to see if there are any bare spots). Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate solidifies, carefully peel off the silicone cup. If desired, dip the top of the cup in remaining dark chocolate and then in sprinkles.
  • Add a scoop of the berry sorbet into each of the cups, add any desired toppings, and enjoy immediately!
