Apple Gouda and Pizza Quesadillas

Friday night the kids get to pick dinner, and it’s almost always quesadillas (which I love because they’re so quick and easy to make). Here are two fun kid-friendly quesadilla recipes the kids have been loving lately!

⭐Pizza Quesadilla⭐
(ingredients for 1)
🍕2 tortillas
🍕1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🍕6-8 pepperoni slices
🍕pinch of Italian seasoning
🍕marinara for dipping
⭐Apple Gouda Quesadilla⭐ (ingredients for 1)
🍎2 tortillas
🍎1/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
🍎½ apple, thinly sliced
Instructions:

  1. Heat a lightly greased skillet or panini press to medium heat.
  2. Cook the quesadilla 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway if using a skillet
    Slice and enjoy!
