If you loved Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a kid, you’re going to love this super simple healthier recipe! It has the perfect crunch and that sweet cinnamon sugar flavor! Does anyone else loves the leftover milk afterward??

All you need are your favorite tortillas and some cinnamon sugar and you are set! I air-fried mine, but you can bake it if you don’t have an air fryer.

 

Paleo Cinnamon Toast Crunch

This cereal is made with only 3 ingredients, simple to make, and has that same sweet cinnamon crunch!

Ingredients

  • 3 grain-free tortillas
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Use a pizza cutter to cut the tortillas into small rectangles.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet, spray with coconut oil, sprinkle on cinnamon sugar, and gently mix.
  • Air fry at 380 for 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl, add milk, and enjoy!
