- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sourdough
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
Blend together the butter and sugar. Then mix in the egg, sourdough, and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Use a 2 tbsp cookie scoop to form 15-16 cookies, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add cookies to the baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes. Enjoy!
