Paleo Chocolate Donuts
These donuts are sweetened only with fruit, making them the perfect breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, room temp
1/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Chocolate icing (optional)
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease a silicone donut pan.
Blend the wet ingredients until smooth. Blend in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into the donut molds and bake for 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Blend together the icing ingredients while the donuts are baking. Cool, add icing if desired, and enjoy!
