Mummy Rice Krispie Treats

These are the perfect spooky snack for Halloween! Made with homemade marshmallows, grass-fed butter, and crispy rice cereal, they’re a healthier twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 10 oz homemade marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate melted
  • 16 candy eyes

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the grass-fed butter over low heat. Add your homemade marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the crispy rice cereal until well coated.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch pan. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then cut into rectangles.
  • Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the rice krispie treats in a zigzag pattern to resemble mummy bandages. Add candy eyes while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Refrigerate to let the chocolate set, and your spooky mummy treats are ready!
