Dark Chocolate Almond Nice Cream Bars
Almond butter nice cream covered in a dark chocolate shell topped with chopped almonds and drizzles of almond butter and more dark chocolate is an epic treat on a hot day!

- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate, melted paleo
- 1 cup almond butter + 2 tbsp to drizzle
- 2 bananas
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
Cover the bottom and sides of the molds with melted dark chocolate. Place in the freezer for 2 minutes. Add a 2nd coat of chocolate to the sides (make sure you can’t see the mold through the chocolate). Place in the freezer for 2 more minutes.
Blend together the almond butter, bananas, vanilla, and almond milk. Pour into the molds.
Add the chopped almonds and drizzle on the almond butter and remaining dark chocolate. Place in the freezer for an hour.
Gently remove the bars from the molds. Enjoy!
