Ingredients

  • 1 dozen hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve as a sandwich, with plantain chips, or veggies!
