Healthy Peach Cobbler Ice Cream (High-Protein, Refined Sugar-Free)

2 Mins read

Looking for a summer dessert that’s creamy, refreshing, and secretly packed with protein? This Healthy Peach Cobbler Ice Cream is everything you love about peach cobbler—sweet, juicy peaches and graham cracker crunch—blended into a luscious frozen treat. Made with cottage cheese or farmer cheese, it’s high in protein, naturally sweetened, and perfect for anyone avoiding refined sugars or artificial dyes. Whether you use a Ninja Creami or a basic freezer method, this dessert is quick, easy, and kid-approved!

Peach Cobbler Ice Cream Ingredients and Accessories

Cottage cheese or farmer cheese – High in protein and calcium, these create a creamy texture without needing heavy cream.
Peaches – Packed with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants; they add natural sweetness and juicy flavor.
Maple syrup – A refined sugar-free sweetener that enhances the peach flavor.
Graham crackers – Give that classic cobbler crunch and nostalgic flavor to each bite.

Ice Cream Maker – I love the Ninja Creami and Ninja Swirl  ice cream makers. They make the ice cream so incredibly creamy! The Ninja Swirl also makes soft serve ice cream!

Tips for the best Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

  • Use ripe, sweet peaches for the best flavor. If they’re not quite sweet enough, add the optional maple syrup.

  • If your mixture freezes too solid in the Ninja Creami, try a quick “Re-spin.”

  • For a dairy-free option, substitute cottage cheese with a thick plant-based yogurt.

FAQs

Can I use frozen peaches?
Yes! Just thaw them first so they blend smoothly.

What’s the difference between cottage cheese and farmer cheese in this recipe?
Cottage cheese gives a smoother, tangier base, while farmer cheese is a bit firmer and more neutral—either works!

Can I make it ahead?
Definitely! You can freeze it for up to 1 week. Let it thaw slightly before scooping for best texture.
