Dark Chocolate Almond Nice Cream Bars Ingredients
Dark Chocolate – Rich in antioxidants, dark chocolate (70% or higher) creates a crisp, indulgent shell without added refined sugar. It also adds depth and richness to every bite.
Almond Butter – Creamy and satisfying, almond butter brings healthy fats, plant-based protein, and a subtle nutty flavor that pairs beautifully with chocolate. Be sure to use a natural version with no added sugar or oils.
Bananas – Frozen ripe bananas add natural sweetness and a creamy texture to the nice cream filling—no extra sugar or ice cream machine required.
Vanilla Extract – Just a touch of vanilla enhances all the other flavors and gives the bars that classic ice cream taste.
Almond Milk – Light and dairy-free, almond milk helps blend the nice cream base without watering it down. You can also use another plant-based milk of your choice.
Chopped Almonds – These give a little crunch to balance the creamy interior and smooth shell. Plus, they boost the protein and fiber content.

What molds work best?
Silicone ice cream bar molds or even silicone muffin cups work well. Just be sure they’re flexible enough to peel away without breaking the chocolate shell.
