Watermelon Nice Cream Pops Ingredients

Watermelon – Hydrating and full of vitamin C, perfect for hot days.

Banana – Provides creaminess and potassium-rich natural sweetness.

Greek yogurt – Adds a probiotic boost and protein to keep kids full longer.

Collagen (optional) – A tasteless way to add extra protein and support skin and joint health.

Cauliflower rice (optional) – A mild-tasting veggie addition that blends seamlessly into the nice cream.

Mini chocolate chips or blueberries – Add a fun visual and antioxidant-rich crunch!

Tips for the best Watermelon Nice Cream Pops

  • Use frozen ingredients for the best consistency—don’t skip freezing the watermelon.

  • Slice the watermelon round straight so that it lays perfectly flat.

  • Work quickly when filling the rind to prevent melting and leakage.

  • Chop gently when slicing into pops—use a sharp knife and a steady hand.

  • Make ahead for parties or snack prep. Store slices in a sealed container in the freezer.

FAQs

Can I make these dairy-free?
Yes! Swap the Greek yogurt with a thick plant-based yogurt like coconut or cashew yogurt.

How long do these pops keep?
They’ll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 1 month. Store slices in a sealed container with parchment between layers.

Can I use other fruits?
Absolutely! Try mango, pineapple, or strawberries for a tropical twist. Just keep at least one creamy base (like banana or yogurt).
