- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey + 1 tbsp
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup chocolate and vanilla cookies crushed
Instructions
Blend the Chocolate Base
- In a high-speed blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness, if desired.
Freeze
