Tips For Making Perfect Milk and Cookie Cups
Choose the Right Mold: A popover mold is ideal for creating deep and sturdy cookie cups.
Refrigerate Between Steps: Chilling the cups helps maintain their shape and allows the chocolate to harden properly.
Experiment with Fillings: Besides milk, try hot chocolate, coffee, or even a milkshake for a fun twist.
Seal with Chocolate: The chocolate lining prevents the milk from soaking through the cookie, so be thorough when spreading.
Decorate for Fun: Add sprinkles or drizzle extra chocolate on the rims for a festive touch.
FAQs
Q: Can I use regular flour instead of almond flour?
A: This recipe is designed for almond flour, but you can substitute with all-purpose flour if you don’t need it to be gluten-free. Adjust the liquid quantities as almond flour is more absorbent.
Q: How do I prevent the cookie cups from breaking?
A: Be gentle when shaping and removing the cookie cups from the mold. Cooling them completely before handling helps maintain their structure.
Q: What type of chocolate should I use for the lining?
A: Use a good-quality dark chocolate with at least 60% cocoa for a rich and smooth coating.

- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Mold
