Tips For Making Perfect Polar Bear White Chocolate Raspberry Cups

Smooth Layers: Use a spoon to evenly coat the silicone mold with melted white chocolate for a polished look.

Chill Between Layers: Freezing the chocolate layers ensures a sturdy and even cup.

Thick Chocolate: Make sure the chocolate is thick enough that the raspberries won’t come through. You may need to coat the sides twice.
