  • 2 tsp melted dark chocolate

Instructions

Make the Raspberry Chia Jam:

  • Heat raspberries in a saucepan over medium heat. Mash with a fork and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in chia seeds and remove from heat. Allow to cool completely.

Prepare the Chocolate Cups:

  • Add a second layer of chocolate if needed to ensure the sides are sturdy.

Fill the Cups:

  • Divide the cooled raspberry chia jam evenly among the cups.
  • Cover the jam completely with another layer of melted white chocolate. Smooth the tops and freeze for 15 minutes to set.

Decorate the Polar Bear Faces:

  • Once set, gently remove the cups from the mold.
  • Attach one white chocolate melt to the lower half of each cup for the snout and two smaller melts at the top for ears.
  • Use melted dark chocolate to pipe two small eyes and an oval nose on the snout.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Let the cups sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
