- 1 chocolate protein bar chopped into small pieces
- optional: whipped cream, sprinkled peppermint pieces

- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, collagen (if using), protein powder, maple syrup, and peppermint extract. Taste and adjust peppermint flavor as desired.
- Without Ice Cream Maker: Stir in the chopped protein bar pieces, transfer to a freezer-safe container, and freeze overnight. Let sit on the counter for 10 minutes before serving.With Ninja Creami: Pour mixture into a Creami pint container, secure the storage lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
