Healthier Birds Nest

1 Mins read

Growing up, my mom use to always make these Birds Nests for Easter. They were such a treat and I looked forward to them every year!

This year I decided to make my own with a healthier twist. I added peanut butter for some extra protein, and swapped out the chow mein noodles for gluten-free pretzels, candy eggs for raspberries, and milk chocolate for dark chocolate. The kids still loved them!
