Happy 4th of July weekend! I make these Patriotic Popsicles every year to celebrate! They’re made with just fruit and almond milk, making them a great healthy festive snack for the kiddos 🇺🇸.

These popsicles are made with just fruit and almond milk, making them a great healthy festive snack for the kiddos 🇺🇸.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 11 tbsp almond milk, divided

Optional:

  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina (to make the blueberry layer more blue)

Instructions

  • Blend the strawberries with 1 tbsp almond milk. Pour in the bottom of 6 popsicle molds, filling about 1/3 of the mold.
  • Blend the banana with 4 tbs almond milk. Pour into the molds.
  • Blend the blueberries (and optional blue spirulina) with 6 tbsp almond milk. Pour into the molds, filling to the top.
  • Place in the freezer overnight. Run under water to help remove the popsicles and enjoy!
