Patriotic Popsicles
These popsicles are made with just fruit and almond milk, making them a great healthy festive snack for the kiddos 🇺🇸.

- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 11 tbsp almond milk, divided
Optional:
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina (to make the blueberry layer more blue)
Blend the strawberries with 1 tbsp almond milk. Pour in the bottom of 6 popsicle molds, filling about 1/3 of the mold.
Blend the banana with 4 tbs almond milk. Pour into the molds.
Blend the blueberries (and optional blue spirulina) with 6 tbsp almond milk. Pour into the molds, filling to the top.
Place in the freezer overnight. Run under water to help remove the popsicles and enjoy!
