This Scare-cuterie Board is for those of you who love a good scary/gruesome Halloween 💀.
Honestly, I’m more into the cutesy Halloween things, but when I saw Ghoul.at.heart post a photo of a hand cheese platter, I knew I needed to try to make one! Also, I totally recommend checking out her website – it’s full of so many awesome Halloween food ideas!
I had no idea when I shared this reel on IG that it was going to go viral and appear on Good Morning America, Fox News, and USA Today! It was so exciting!!!

Course: Appetizer
Keyword: gluten-free, grain-free
Servings: 16
Ingredients
- 2 logs of goat cheese (mine were each 8.5 oz)
- 3 cheese sticks
- 4-5 slices of prosciutto (I used half of a 4oz package)
- Crackers
Instructions
- Trace your arm and hand on parchment/wax paper. Cut out the arm/hand and lay on a platter.
- Cut the 3 cheese sticks to the length of your 3 longest fingers. Use the remaining for your pinky and thumb.
- Wrap 1 log of goat cheese and the fingers in prosciutto. I was able to cut 1 slice of prosciutto into 3 pieces to cover 3 fingers.
- Place chunks of the 2nd log of goat cheese over the hand section. Mold the goat cheese into the shape of a hand. Cover with prosciutto.
- Add crackers and enjoy!
