Chocolate Covered Strawberry Nice Cream Pops Ingredients & Materials

2 cups diced strawberries – Fresh and ripe for the best natural sweetness.

1 cup yogurt – I used plain Greek yogurt sweetened with 2 tablespoons of honey. Use any yogurt you like—dairy-free, coconut, or vanilla all work!

1 cup dark chocolate, melted – Look for 70% cacao or higher for less sugar and more antioxidants.

Ice Cube Tray – I found this one on Amazon.

Popsicle SticksThese food grade popsicle sticks are a staple in my kitchen. I use them for so many popsicle recipes. For these pops, I broke them in half.

Tips for the best Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor and color.

Use silicone molds for easy removal.

Let the pops sit at room temp for 1–2 minutes before dipping if they’re too hard to remove.

For extra crunch, sprinkle with crushed nuts or freeze-dried strawberries before the chocolate sets.

Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
