FAQs

Can I make this ahead of time?
Yes! Store the pasta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add a little olive oil before serving to keep it from sticking.

Will the dye stain my hands?
Most natural dyes wonā€™t stain, but wearing gloves can help prevent any temporary discoloration.

What dishes pair well with rainbow pasta?
Try it with a light alfredo sauce, a lemon garlic drizzle, or a simple olive oil and herb dressing.
