Almond Flour: A great source of vitamin E, magnesium, and fiber, keeping these cake balls gluten-free.

Vanilla Protein Powder: Boosts the protein content, creating a filling, energizing treat.

White Chocolate: Adds sweetness and creaminess for a festive coating.

Tips For Making Perfect Melted Snowman Cake Balls

Chill the Cake Balls: Cooling the cake balls before dipping in white chocolate will help them keep their shape.

Work Quickly with Chocolate: White chocolate sets fast, so have your decorations ready to go.

Create Fun Expressions: Use a toothpick for adding faces, allowing you to experiment with different expressions on your snowmen.

FAQs

Can I use a different nut butter?
Yes! Almond or peanut butter would work well, though it may change the taste slightly.

Can I make these ahead of time?
Definitely. Store the finished snowman cake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

What if I don’t have almond extract?
The almond extract enhances the cake flavor but is optional. Vanilla extract can be used for a milder taste.
