Ingredients for a Candy Corn Milkshake

  • coconut milk – Creamy and dairy-free.
  • kefir – Rich in probiotics for gut health.
  • honey or maple syrup – Natural sweetener.
  • nut butter (I used peanut butter) – Adds protein and flavor.
  • unflavored collagen – A boost of protein.
  • natural orange and yellow colorant – I love using  ifiProvisions natural colorant, made with turmeric and beetroot. (Use my code healthyholme to save 15% off the site.)
  • whipped cream – For topping.

How to make a Candy Cane Milkshake

Step 1: Prepare the Base
In a blender, combine coconut milk, kefir, honey, nut butter, vanilla, and unflavored collagen until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Step 2: Make the Yellow Layer
Take half of the frozen milkshake base and process it with yellow colorant. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to reach a thick consistency. Divide between 2 glasses, tapping the glasses to flatten the layer.

Step 3: Make the Orange Layer
Process the remaining milkshake base with orange colorant, adding almond milk to make it slightly thinner than the yellow layer. Gently pour over the yellow layer, smoothing it out.

Step 4: Top and Serve
Top each milkshake with whipped cream for a festive finish. Enjoy your healthy, Halloween-inspired treat!
