Candy Corn Milkshake
This healthy candy corn milkshake is free from artificial dyes and loaded with nutrients. It's the perfect treat to enjoy without the sugar rush!

Servings: 2 milkshakes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup kefir or more coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter I used peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen
- 1 tbsp natural yellow colorant
- 1 tbsp natural orange colorant
- whipped cream
Blend together the coconut milk, kefir, honey, nut butter, vanilla, and collagen. Pour into ice cube molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Process half of the frozen ice cream along with yellow colorant, adding a little almond milk if necessary. You want this to be very thick so that the orange layer stays on top of the yellow layer. Scoop into 2 glasses. Tap the glasses or use a spoon to flatten the layer
Process the rest of the frozen ice cream along with orange colorant and almond milk so that it is a little thinner than the yellow layer. Add to the top of the yellow layer in each glass. Smooth it out and then top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
