My kids love pop-its and we have a bunch at home. I figured they wouldn’t miss one so I could try out this idea! They were really excited about the surprise treat!!

Have a pop-it at home? Then you can make this fun healthy treat!

Ingredients

  • plain yogurt 
  • honey
  • blueberries or chopped fruit
  • sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc

Instructions

  • Clean your pop-it. Mix plain yogurt and honey together to desired sweetness.
  • Put one blueberry in each popper.
  • Add yogurt to each row. Make sure there is no yogurt on the dividers or else you won’t get the strips.
  • Add extra toppings (sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc), if desired.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour then gently pop the yogurt out. Enjoy!
