Popit Yogurt Treat
Have a pop-it at home? Then you can make this fun healthy treat!

- plain yogurt
- honey
- blueberries or chopped fruit
- sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc
Clean your pop-it. Mix plain yogurt and honey together to desired sweetness.
Put one blueberry in each popper.
Add yogurt to each row. Make sure there is no yogurt on the dividers or else you won’t get the strips.
Add extra toppings (sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc), if desired.
Freeze for at least 1 hour then gently pop the yogurt out. Enjoy!
