I made my go-to GF/DF blender pancake batter (they’re sweetened only with fruit and full of protnein), poured into a ziploc, cut off the corner, and made these buny shapes. Then added some berries, bananas, apples, and dates!
Ingredients:
2 cups GF oats
1 1/2 cup nut milk
2 eggs
1 ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tap vanilla and 1 scoop collagen
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1) Blend the oats until it turns into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.
2) Pour batter out onto a greased pan and cook on medium heat until bubbles appear. Flip and cook another minute.
