Easter Bunny Pancakes

I made my go-to GF/DF blender pancake batter (they’re sweetened only with fruit and full of protnein), poured into a ziploc, cut off the corner, and made these buny shapes. Then added some berries, bananas, apples, and dates!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups GF oats
  • 1 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tap vanilla and 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • 1) Blend the oats until it turns into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.
  • 2) Pour batter out onto a greased pan and cook on medium heat until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for another minute.
