Jack has requested this Carrot Cake Smoothie every day for the past 2 weeks! It’s full of veggies & protein,
sweetened with fruit, and quick to make, so I’m pretty excited that he enjoys it so much!
I used my favorite @happywayau vegan vanilla protein (ad, but you know how much I love all of their protein

Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients:
🥕1 cup unsweetened vanilla nut milk
🥕1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
🥕3/4 cup chopped carrots
🥕1/4 cup cauliflower rice
🥕1/4 banana
🥕1/2 tsp cinnamon
🥕dash of nutmeg
Directions:
Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! I made the bunny face with a dry erase marker
so it comes off super easily!
