Soft, no-bake Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Dough Hearts made with almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder, then topped with rich dark chocolate. A naturally sweetened, gluten-free Valentine’s Day treat.

- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- ¾ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate melted
In a bowl, stir together the almond flour and vanilla protein powder.
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Chill the dough for 10–15 minutes if you want a firmer texture.
Press the cookie dough into a heart-shaped silicone mold, filling just below the top.
Pour melted dark chocolate over the cookie dough to seal.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until fully set.
Pop out of the mold and enjoy!
