Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • cup dark chocolate melted

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the almond flour and vanilla protein powder.
  • Add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough for 10–15 minutes if you want a firmer texture.
  • Press the cookie dough into a heart-shaped silicone mold, filling just below the top.
  • Pour melted dark chocolate over the cookie dough to seal.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, or until fully set.
  • Pop out of the mold and enjoy!
