Snowman Bark

Snowman Bark is a festive holiday treat made with melted dark chocolate, white chocolate melts, and pretzel sticks for a fun and easy dessert. Perfect for parties, gifting, or family activities!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate melts
  • pretzel sticks broken in half
  • optional: sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • While the dark chocolate is still melted, place the white chocolate melts onto the bark in a stack of three to form the snowmen's heads and bodies.
  • Position pretzel sticks on either side of the snowmen for arms.
  • Use a toothpick to add dots of dark chocolate for the buttons and face and orange chocolate for the nose (I naturally dyed white chocolate orange)
  • Let the bark set in the fridge for about 10–20 minutes or until firm. Once hardened, break or slice into pieces and serve.
