Snickers Apple Pops
These Snickers Apple Pops feature crisp apple slices topped with peanut butter "caramel," crunchy peanuts, and rich dark chocolate.

- 1 large apple
- ¼ cup drippy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ cup dark chocolate melted
- ½ cup peanut halves
Make the caramel: Mix the peanut butter and honey together until smooth.
Prep your apples: Slice 2–3 large slices on either side of the stem (about ½ inch thick). Make a small slit at the bottom of each slice and insert a popsicle stick.
Add the caramel: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter “caramel” onto each apple slice and spread it to cover the top.
Add peanuts: Press the caramel-covered side into the plate of peanuts until coated.
Dip in chocolate: Dip or spoon melted chocolate over the top and sides of the apple slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill & enjoy: Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
